Thursday       6:30pm - 8:30pm

Saturday        8am - 10am

                        (Followed by Brunch at a local Cafe in Woolwich)

  • First timers, please email to let us know which session/s you would like to come to

  • Bring a water bottle, a towel, shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting wet (It is a water sport after all).

Paddling For Fitness

Dragon boat paddling is great cardiovascular/aerobics exercise, and excellent for strengthening your core. 

While in dragon boat racing we do use the arms and shoulders, most of the power stems from the legs and body, using your core strength. It is a great way to improve core strength and your lower and upper back with low impact exercise.
