Come along for five free sessions to check it out.


Dragon boating is not only about arms and shoulders, it provides a full-body workout, and is great for developing your core strength.

We're open to people of all ages and capabilities, so come and join us for a free session on the water at any of our weekly training sessions - training times below. (For more info please go to our Training page)

Bring a water bottle, a towel, shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting wet (Yes, it is a water sport).

It does not hurt to bring a change of clothes. We will provide paddles for you and a life jacket if you are not a strong swimmer, but it is highly unlikely you will need it.

We train on the gorgeous Lane Cove river starting from a private boat shed pontoon in Woolwich (see map below).
